We recently held our first Live Community Hangout, a new online forum allowing us to connect with our customers, answer a few questions about iVe, and discuss some noteworthy things in the works here at Berla. Many thanks to those of you who joined us for the Hangout. Our goal for these monthly events is to provide an opportunity for members of the vehicle forensics community to not only ask questions about iVe, but to compare notes and see what others in the field are talking about.
In Our Last Hangout…
We went over a few things happening here at Berla such as which vehicle systems we are actively working on, the newly restructured iVe training course, highly requested software features in the works and the excitement as we build out a new office space and training facility. We quickly moved into participant questions which brought up some great discussion points on alternative acquisition methods and third party resources for system removal instructions. We rounded out the discussion by giving our customers the opportunity to voice some additional requests on software features and vehicle support. Through this open forum we are able to keep our customers’ requests on the forefront of our research and development.
