Welcome to iVe 2.0
The release of iVe 2.0 is more than just a software release, it is a user driven monumental move forward and brings investigators at all levels into the world of vehicle forensics. Along with the 2.0 iVe Software release, we are also releasing version 2.0 of the Mobile app and announcing the new 2.0 hardware kit. Here are the highlights for each of the tools in the ecosystem.
MOBILE APP
The new mobile application is a resource for current users, members of their team, and any other investigators working cases involving vehicles. iVe Mobile makes critical resources available to identify supported vehicles and systems, determine what information is obtainable from each vehicle, review system identification guides, and access to step-by-step walkthroughs for removing systems and acquiring data.
HARDWARE KIT
The new hardware kit is a highly organized toolkit for investigators to use while in the field. It contains all of the tools necessary for accessing and removing vehicle systems as well as the components required to connect to the systems and acquire the data. The toolkit is modularized so that investigators can grab only what they need when deploying to a scene. (Shipping Fall 2018)
FORENSIC SOFTWARE
The new software centralizes all aspects of the ecosystem for current users. The embedded vehicle lookup tool can be used to determine what vehicles and systems are supported, the acquisition wizard walks users through how to connect and test the acquisition hardware, and the analytical tools help users easily navigate through years of data with the activity timeline and multifaceted data filtering features.
