What to expect next:
ORDER CONFIRMATION
- You will receive an order confirmation email within one business day.
- This email will include an invoice, payment instructions and the shipping details that were provided on the order form.
- Please reply to the email, or call us, with your payment information. If we do not receive payment details within 5 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled and placed back in available inventory.
INVENTORY REVIEW
- Upon receiving your payment details, we will review your account and provide you with an inventory sheet for your current iVe kit(s).
- We will also let you know if we will be shipping additional items with your new iVe Hardware Case.
(e.g. portable power supply, tools, flashlight, etc…). - PLEASE REVIEW the inventory sheet and compare it to what you actually have on-hand in your existing kit(s). When you switch over to the new case, we want to make sure you have everything you need.
- This is also a great opportunity to request replacements for any missing or broken components. Any missing or broken items will be replaced as warranty items or covered under your kits active renewal plan.
- PLEASE RETURN the completed inventory sheet within 5 business days so that we can include any missing or broken items along with the shipment of your new case. (If we do not receive a completed inventory sheet within the allotted time, additional shipping charges may apply.)
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
- The shipping contact listed for the order will receive a tracking number when your new iVe Hardware Case is on the way!
