Berla will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Berla accepts MasterCard and Visa. We also accept payments via PayPal, as well as Purchase Orders. In the event a customer should make a purchase using a credit care, Berla will provide customer with an authorization form acknowledging the amount of the charges and providing Berla express permission to charge the credit card.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and handling rates will vary depending upon the method of delivery, shipping location and weight of product. All shipping charges will be reflected on customer’s quote issued by Berla. All products will ship via ground service. Berla reserves the right to deliver customer’s product(s) via USPS, UPS, or Federal Express.
If you believe any components of your product to be defective, Berla does exercise a replacement policy at no charge for the life of the product. Simply email us to request a return shipping label for your defective product. Replacement products will arrive within 10 – 15 business days from the date we receive the original product at our facility.
In the event customer losses any and all components of a Berla purchased product, the customer is responsible for the replacement. Berla will provide customer a quote for the replacement cost(s) per customer’s request. Customer may request a quote for replacement component(s) by email at email@example.com.
Berla only sells products to adults, ages 18 years and older. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion including, without limitation, if Berla believes that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Berla.
iVe and Blackthorn training courses may occur at Berla’s headquarters located in Annapolis, MD and/or at locations within the United States or abroad. Course confirmation will occur 30 days prior to the posted date of the class. Once a course is confirmed, registered students will be entitled to a training credit valid for one year from the posted date of the class should there be a need for the customer to postpone or cancel a training registration(s) for any reason. Berla will issue a credit voucher to the registered student and/or business indicating the expiration date.
Berla reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the date, time and location of a training course at any time, including, but not limited to, replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the Training. Berla will make every effort to confirm any and all training courses 30 days prior to the posted date of class. Berla shall not be responsible for any loss(es) incurred by the Customer as a result of a cancellation or the rescheduling of a course.
Our instructors and staff devote a great deal of time and effort to ensure that your training experience is seamless. In return, we ask that the students follow just a few basic requirements throughout any course offered by Berla:
- On time arrival.
- Cellular use and text messaging to a minimum. If the use of your cellular device is a necessity, please step out of the training area in a manner that is not disruptive to the instructors and fellow students.
- The installation of third party software on the training computers provided by Berla and/or the training equipment is not permitted.
- Video, video recordings, photography, and/or voice recordings is not permitted in or around the training facility.
- A culmination of four (4) hours absent from the training course without express written permission from Berla will require that the student to retake the course at customer’s expense.
- Completion of ALL vehicle related exercises is required.
In the event that a student fails to comply with the course requirements as stated, Berla will not be in the position to issue a refund.
The use of Berla’s products must be done so in a manner that follows proper evidentiary and investigative protocols. Berla does not support nor does it endorse the use of its products in a manner intended to disclose information obtained without a court order and/or an agreement between parties subject to litigation.
